Sidharth Swarup
Joint-Managing Director

Sidharth with his leadership helps manage growth at ISHIR. His responsibilities range from setting overall corporate strategy and building the company's New Business ventures. Sidharth is currently serving as Joint-Managing Director of ISHIR and is heading sales and new business development out of India. Sidharth's responsibilities include setting long-term goals, working with senior team to define business unit goals and the execution and monitoring of such goals. He possesses strong management skills that develops leadership, promotes creativity, openness and superior culture in the organization. Sidharth also provides oversight over Finance and Marketing within ISHIR.

Since inception, Sidharth has guided ISHIR's development from a two-person operation into an exciting, dynamic and powerful force amongst the Internet solution companies, helping clients such as PepsiCo, Yahoo!, Candico Limited, Fritolay and the Modi Group. Under Sidharth's leadership, ISHIR has won accolades not only for its design and technology achievements, but also for the company's enviable record of client satisfaction.

Prior to co-founding ISHIR, Sidharth worked with PepsiCo. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the prestigious institution of St. Stephens College, New Delhi.


Rishi Khanna
Joint-Managing Director

Rishi helps define growth at ISHIR. Rishi's responsibilities include setting short-term/long-term goals, working with senior team to define business & marketing strategies and the execution and monitoring of such strategies. Rishi also plays a key role in international business development and partner management within ISHIR. Rishi has rich and varied experience in product development and management experience ranging from offshore program management to managing software delivery. Rishi is currently serving as Joint-Managing Director of ISHIR and heads sales for US, Canada and Latin America.

Rishi has over eight years of experience as an offshore consultant for a variety of clients ranging from small business and start-ups to large corporate and international entities. He possesses strong leadership skills exemplified through his experience in International Business and Offshoring IT Services. With Rishi's experience ISHIR has developed into an outsourcing services provider that helps partners and clients successfully focus on their core competencies, improve quality, speed time-to-market, and increase profitability by setting up development teams offshore.

Before co-founding ISHIR, Rishi worked for Deloitte & Touche in Texas as a Management Consultant assisting Maquiladora's in Mexico and defending cross-border transaction. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business-Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a pending Masters degree in IT Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Pankaj joined ISHIR in 2004 and took on the responsibility to establish the gaming business at ISHIR later that year. Under his leadership, the Gaming Business Unit has completed successful transformation into a matured business house which now has a high profile and satisfied customer base in the US, UK, Europe and Australia.

In addition Pankaj, in his role of COO, is also responsible for leading the rest of the service delivery teams at ISHIR (Application Development, Web Applications, as well as Online advertising). Pankaj is also responsible for defining and executing long term business vision for the ISHIR as a member of the Steering Committee at ISHIR.

He is providing guidelines for developing and promulgating information technology policies, standards and procedures on security, data management, system life-cycle management, information technology reviews, and other related areas.

Prior to this role, Pankaj held various business strategy, management and systems engineering positions in some of the leading manufacturing industries in India. He has been extremely successful at introducing innovative IT solutions which have resulted in tremendous increase in productivity & financial returns. His strong background in Business Processes, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT management combined with experience as Project Strategist gives him a very special ability to develop and deploy IT plans that can achieve strategic business goals. He has extensive proficiency in building, leading and inspiring large teams and businesses.

His experience also includes Quality initiatives, Software analysis, design and development, Remote Sensing, GIS, Systems Administration, and RDBMSs. He has done some very large ERP and networking projects across the globe. Pankaj holds a Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) Degree in Computers (Gold Medalist). He was a professional Cricket player and has represented the country in 'Under-19' category.

Satpal Kaur
Head of Quality & Independent Testing

Satpal has a focus on managing quality and developing independent testing practice at ISHIR. She currently serves as Head of Quality and sets aggressive goal for the company to achieve world-class benchmarks (SEI-CMMi Level 5) in software quality processes by 2008. She aims to bring software process and performance excellence to the entire organization. With over a decade of experience in project/product development, software quality assurance, Satpal has helped well-known companies succeed in their quality assurance and testing efforts.

She is responsible for creating vision for quality roadmap at ISHIR. With her focus on continuous evolution for improved service delivery, she designs roadmap for optimized processes balanced with SEI-CMMi model requirements. On this road she is responsible for formulating and reviewing policies and processes for its effectiveness and institutionalizing these through quality team at ISHIR. She is instrumental in change management, people management, project management, evolving Quality Management System and institutionalizing quality systems in the projects.

In addition, Satpal is also leading the management of the Human Resource Function, the ISHIR University (Our internal training institute) and office administration.

She has experience in taking organization through SEI-CMM Level 5 assessment. Her wealth of knowledge in software industry and skills are the advantage for building software processes, life cycle models and communication procedures. This gives ISHIR a unique advantage over other companies offering similar services.
