ISHIR celebrated the success of its New Media services business in the 1st Quarter of 2005 , with a celebration and team building session at an Amusement and water park in Delhi .The team building session included team wise sessions with ISHIR top management . The teams were broken into creative , development , search engine marketing and business development. ISHIR‘s HR department also conducted an independent HR track focusing on individual team members.

“With growing business and fresh new challenges it was imperative for us to re-group and celebrate our success yet at the same time also focus on the coming challenges ahead of us” said Sidharth Swarup, Joint Managing director at ISHIR.

“We have come a long way . We were a good 1st quarter in 2005 , but the results have been beyond expectations . This only goes to show the faith our clients and partners have show in our service offerings. Over 70% of our business is repeat business and we need to continue working hard to keep AMAZING our clients time and again” said Mohit Maheshwari, Marketing Head for New Media services at ISHIR.
